Before You Write
A few things that may answer your question before emailing:
- Prices look wrong? All equity data on Dalil is delayed (typically 15–30 minutes). Check the delay badge on the dashboard. If the value still looks off after the session close, write to us with the ticker and the value you expected.
- Missing a stock? Dalil currently covers the most actively traded equities on the Bourse de Casablanca. If a listed stock is absent, let us know - expansion is planned.
- Want real-time data? Dalil uses delayed feeds from public providers. Real-time quotes require a licensed terminal subscription, which Dalil does not offer. See Methodology for delay details.
- Looking for historical data exports? Dalil is a presentation layer, not a data download service. For bulk historical data, the Data Sources page lists the upstream providers you can contact directly.
Response Time
Dalil is an independent project maintained by a single engineer outside of business hours. We aim to respond to all emails within 1–2 business days. For urgent data issues, mention DATA ISSUE in your subject line and we will prioritize your message.
What Happens After You Write
Every email is read by the person who builds and maintains Dalil - there is no support team, no ticketing system, and no auto-replies. If your message concerns a data error, we will investigate the upstream source and update the site if a fix is warranted. If it concerns a feature request, we will note it for the roadmap. Either way, you will get a direct human reply.
